- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product has been lit or used, it is not eligible for return.
2. Reasons for Return
- Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, we will gladly arrange for a return and send the correct product.
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we will accept the return as long as the product is unopened and unused.
3. Process for Return

- We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the product back.
4. Process of Refund
